The fees structure (above) is 'per person per paper'. Every subsequent paper (oral or poster) is subjected to an additional 50% applicable registration fees.

The registration fees include:

Access to conference sessions
Access to poster sessions and book of abstracts
Refreshments/catering as advertised in the program
Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance; please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.


Payment should be made by 15 Septemebr 2017 either electronically or by bank draft or cheque. Payment must be made by 30 Jun 2017 to be eligible for the early bird rates.

Note: The abstract of participants who did not pay their registration fees or did not submit any evidence of participation before the deadline will not be included in the Conference Book of Abstracts and the Conference Program.

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions (from the same organization) may be made, but please contact us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please contact us immediately. Provided written notice is received by 24 September 2017, a 50% refund will be given. No refund can be made for cancellations received less than a month prior to the conference, or for no-shows at the conference.
